I recently contacted Quality Built Backyards LLC for a Pergola for our upcoming wedding. I made sure that the owner knew that I needed it in 2 weeks. It has now been over 3 and the Pergola has yet to be delivered. The owner assured me that he would be in contact with our landscaper. With numerous calls and txs and no response I feel that I will be out the money I put towards this Pergola. We were planning to get married in the Pergola. We are now in crunch mode on what we are even going to do! Very Upset!

Quality Built Backyards has provided us with some wonderful new backyard items! We added a storage shed to organize as well as a needed shade pergola since we use our patio often during the warmer months and get full sun during the day.
