Hundreds of sales a year, tons of repeat customers and business. This other review is a dang joke. But real life, numbers, and statistics prove, OLD NATIONAL AUTO SALES Is the best Used buy here pay here car lot in Indy. Great service, very friendly and they'll always work with you.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place!!! I repeat do not buy a vehicle from OLD NATIONAL AUTO SALES!!! I am currently paying to much for one now from this place and two days after I got it the radiator went out. They were kind enough to fix it but not before I'm told by the owner Michael "This is why we don't like selling to people we know" huh, why so Michael? Maybe because they know they are buying worthless vehicles they no nothing about. Anyway, they replace the radiator and after that it runs ok for another month or so and then the transmission goes out on it and I get a call from a mutual friend saying they have a transmission that matches my vehicle that's just sitting on a shelf of theirs and that they would sell it to me for $500.00. I thought great because everywhere else quoted me $2-$2800 to fix. They also told me they had a guy who does work on their vehicles for Old National Sales who would fix it for $500.00 so I let them. I had absolutely no leaks and no other issues with the vehicle other than the tranny and let me just tell you how I received my vehicle after they were finished with it, 1. I had to start it with a screw driver down under the hood by the starter, I couldn't just start my car with a key like any normal car would start! A SCREWDRIVER!! 2. My alignment was so off and messed up. 3. My all wheel drive is now disabled ( right during the heart of winter). 4. My anti lock breaks are now disabled. 5. My heat is no longer working! (Again during the heart of winter) 6. It is now leaking tranny fluid and antifreeze. 7. My car has very tinted windows, especially the back so it has an alert light built into the roof of the car to let me know when I'm backing up to closely to something, well, the light no longer works! 8. The little light I had to tell me which gear I was in no longer works. I'm sure there is much more to mention but I'm sure you get the picture. Anyhow, this was how I got my car back. Needless to say I was very angry and it was two days before Christmas and I needed the car for family gatherings. After Christmas though I asked him over and over to take my car back and fix everything he had screwed up, it took a month for him to take it back. I had to start my car with a screw driver down in the engine while standing in 8 ft. of snow! And I did this for a month! So, he finally took it back and guess what folks it's no longer starting and he has had it for about a month and a half. I've had countless arguments with this Mechanic named KEVIN about when I would be getting my car back. The cabs are getting very expensive at this point. He had one excuse after another. The owner had absolutely nothing to say about the matter even though my vehicle is being worked on by his family member at his Business Old National Auto Sales. He was really quite a jerk. My son's father who paid for most of the tranny replacement sent a very nice and professional text to the owner just letting him know that we will be taking them to court. Weeks go by after this was sent and after nothing was getting done to my vehicle I decided to have it towed to a mechanics shop and when my son's father and I went in to Old National to get my key's my son's father went to shake the owners hand and the owner looks at him and say's "are you the guy who sent me the text?" my son's father says yes and the owner say's "you need to get the f**k out of my shop." This is how professional these people are. My car is currently being fixed by someone else, the mechanic say it looks like it's going to be a nightmare to correct and repair all of the damage that Kevin has done to my car. Can't wait to get the bill for this. I have faith in God and that he will provide the justice needed on my part. See you guys in court. I am being forced to give a star rating to post this but just so you know, I GIVE 0 STARS FOR OLD NATIONAL AUTO SALES IN PLAINFIELD INDIANA.
