Best place ever never go anywhere else! Thanks to your honest & knowledgeable staff you save me so much money! Took my scooter to 2 other service shops and was told it would cost me over $300 to fix, they fixed my scooter under half that and it has never ran better. Thanks Midwest Scooters

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE! they had our go kart for a year an a half and still did not fix. We made several trips in and phone calls in to check on it and kept getting the run around. Our final attempt to retrieve the go kart was a nightmare. It took us 3 times in a week, they refused stating they didn't have the paper work on it. "this is called CONVERSION, which is a crime in Civil court" They said they called us which they did not, phone records prove otherwise, they stated they put mechanics lean on it, which they didn't do that either. We took it in to them clean as a whistle and when we got it back it was covered in mud and cattails. It was also missing several parts that were there when we took it to them...they used our go kart. They also have a few complaints filed with the BBB and judgments against them in small claims court. Steer clear of them...they have terrible attitudes toward you when they are in the wrong and won't fess up to their mistakes. They hardly even

I bought a 49cc scooter from this location on 3/13/2012 on 3/14/2012 the key broke off in the ignition. While the staff is knowledgeable they were very unhelpful in resolving this problem. They said that it was my fault and never in 10 years of service had they seen this problem. Even though I had the 1 year warranty on the scooter they refused it service and I ended up having to call a locksmith. I would be extremely careful when buying from this facility. Be sure to check your bike before taking it home because this shop will not take and responsibility for any problems, even manufactures.
