Its illegal to call your employer/friends/family members/etc, phone calls before 8 am & after 9pm, also, get this! If a debt collector threatens you & tells you they're going to take you to court or garnish your wages & DOESN'T follow through with it, you can file an FDCPA claim! How crazy is that.



Basically what I'm getting at is John Steinkamp is the attorney to go through! He's the best, down to earth, a family man, and is very professional with a good reputation!
