The company provides services for the Indianapolis area commuters on 28 fixed routes. It also provides IndyFLEX service and Open Door paratransit service. IndyGo uses approximately 130 vehicles for a fixed route service, including more than 50 vans for Open Door and 8 vans for Flexible services. The company carries patrons to and from factories, offices, shopping malls, museums, kindergarten and college. Each year IndyGo travels approximately 9 million miles for nearly 9 million passengers.
