This place is a mess, no salers integrity, no parking for coustomers and the service is poor. Arrived at the dealer to review a buick that was posted online. The manager said the car was at another dealership (lie). He showed us the overpriced older model. After we insisted that we wanted the one listed, the sales man said he would call us back the next day when it arrives. Never called. We called back monday 3 times to look at the car and scheduled an appointment. Arrived at our meeting time and the sales person said he was with another client. We waited for 40 minutes before he came back explaining to us that someone else is test driving the car instead of getting someone to take us out at our scheduled time. He wanted us to wait 15 minutes but I wasn't lieing when i said we would leave I have never been to a dealership that would make you wait 3days to view a car and when you arrive tell you someone else is driving it. They are a joke. Do not buy from this place! It will end badly.
I AM SO SORRY FOR 2008'S EXPERIENCE. WE PURCHASED A CAR JUST LAST NIGHT AND THE SALESMAN WAS WONDERFUL AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER STAFF. VERY HONEST, OPEN AND GAVE US ROOM TO BREATHE. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE PURCHASED MANY CARS OVER THE YEARS, THIS SALESMAN ACTUALLY KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CARS WE TEST DROVE. HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. AGAIN, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hubler Chevrolet has some salemen and saleswomen that are not on the up and up. Taking advantage, lying, saying one thing verbally and seeing another on the final paperwork is not ethical. Stay away!
Will not deal with any of the Hublers again. This type of information travels fast and General Motors is not doing as well as it use to. To Hubler sales staff....Do your customers right and they will return, but do them wrong and it comes back
as a bad reflection on you.
