Went to this GoodYear on Highschool Road for 12 yrs. NOT ANYMORE. After the last manager left, they bought in a new manager (Chris) and an all new crew. I took my car in to have an oil change ($40 for Syn Blend) and have them check over the AC (floor in rear of car was getting wet, thought it may have been a clogged AC drain) and the rear brakes, which had a bad squeal in the morning when backing out. They broke my glove box checking the AC coil. Then Chris told me that they did not see the wetness on the floorboard and they never checked the AC. LIE #1 . Even though it was on my receipt, that no issue found with AC or rear brakes. They said they checked the brakes and cleaned and adjusted them, it was normal for them to squeal first thing in the morning. I took the car back again, to have the rear brakes checked out 1 week later, and now they tell me the drums and the shoes are shot and need to be replaced and they cant turn the drums. I just had them replaced brand new 24000 mi ago. So now they not only told me they did not check out the AC, but now within 1 week, I went from its normal on my rear brakes squealing, to I need a complete overhaul on the rear brakes in just 7 days. THEY LIE. They ended up replacing the glove box, and told me it would be another $424 to do the rear brakes. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. Also I had a fuel line leak (which I confirmed with another place, because I didn't trust them already) and they quoted me $853 to replace both lines. I called 3 other places and got quotes. I ended up taking it to Goodyear in Greenwood, where the other manager transferred too and they charged $510. Who is ripping you off!! That is 40% cheaper going to another location and the same company. Also I wanted to have Chris call me to talk with him about this issue. I told Nathan and Kaleb to have Chris call me, because of the AC and brake issues and them not doing this right. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Sorry about your luck, you just lost a great customer of 12 yrs and I know I have spent $13K plus over the years. New tires, replaced parts on 3 vehicles.
