Our food safety manager training and certification program meets the requirements of Indiana food handler certification law 410 IAC 7-24 and is based on FDA model food code and the industry’s standards for food handling and sanitation. We are an approved certified trainer for responsible alcohol service training with the Indiana State Excise Police. Instructor has 7 years of experience as a foods inspector with Marion County Health Department and is based in Indianapolis - accessible if you ever have food safety or alcohol-related questions.
