I spoke with someone in the office about then being able to open a certain file format, I told them what the job was for, and I told them where the file would be coming from. When I called the next day, I was told that they had no memory of me talking to them, when I asked how I got the personal email, they had no clue. I would not do business with someone who cannot remember a phone call from the day before, or uses poor memory as a reason to not have the work done that was promised the day before.
