We have the present knowledge, and are constantly updating our understanding of converged technologies that include: Voice, Data, Video, Firewalls, Gateways, Routers, Bridges, Layer 3 and 4 routing, Internet connectivity, Voice over IP remote users, voicemail and electronic mail convergence. At Entouch, as partners, we help advise our customers on good, sound telecommunications decisions, but we also consult with long-distance companies and other telecom-related companies. In fact, by reducing peripheral costs, we have succeeded in saving some customers the entire cost of their new system.
