This is not one of those fancy pet condo, cater to every strange whim of your pet kind of place. However, these people really love animals. They cared for our dog as one of their own. When we picked him up he showed no signs of anxiety and looked very comfortable there. Also, they are right next door to their clinic so if anything happens a vet is a stone's throw away. We will definitely keep using this service.
