Established on March 1994, The Shalom Health Care Center is a provider of primary health care services, including acute and chronic health care services. Located in Indianapolis, Ind., it provides an array of screening services for cancer, depression, diabetes, asthma, blood pressure, cholesterol, pregnancy testing and lead. Additionally, the center provides wellness care, including respiratory infections, colds, skin problems, pain, abdominal problems and urinary tract infections. The Shalom Health Care Center has seven school-based clinics, which serve the students of those schools.
