Have used Deering for almost a year and have been thoroughly satisfied until the last month. In the last month the service has taken a dramatic downhill turn. I have reported several times shirt returned with spots that were not there when sent, buttons being sewn on that are the wrong color with the wrong color thread and shirts returned with broken buttons that were not repaired. We put them on notice and gave them one last chance after recently geeting shirts back that looked as if they had never been pressed and possibly even scrunched up in a ball. THey were made aware of the issues and given one more chance. They used their last chance to return a shirt to me with spots on it that it didn't have when sent that looks as though it was not pressed. Another shirt had the wrong color button sewn on with the wrong color thread. I almost laughed at the situation. Needless to say, I am not longer a customer. Use Deering at your own risk. - Jared
