Provided by YP.comI arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. When I initially walked into DL Lowry, it was like walking into a beauty store/boutique. It was really confusing, because you could see the salon area, however you were supposed to check in at the registers located within the store area. The woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me, and continued to help a gentleman check out. I wandered around the store for about five minutes before she even acknowledged me and asked if I had an appointment, then said the stylist will be with me shortly. Another woman walked in, and she cheerfully greeted her, asked about her appointment and if she would like water. She asked the other gentleman and then asked me. After 15 minutes of waiting, the stylist took me back and was very sweet. She seemed to genuinely care about what I wanted done to my hair. I have brown hair and I wanted a blonde balayge. I was accepting that my hair probably wouldn't turn out ice blonde. She colored my hair, took me back to rinse, as well as massage. At some point, she got bleached all over my shirt and didn't say anything. I went to her chair for her to dry my hair and style. She trimmed maybe a centimeter off, as I told her I didn't want my hair cut. My hair looked good IN the salon. At checkout, my total was $220. I cringed at my total but paid without question. Once I left the salon, I checked out my hair in mirror and it looked copper. I got home and it was pointed out that I had bleach all over my shirt. Then, as I was looking at my hair more closely, there were circles and areas that were extremely bleached, compared to the rest of my hair. I had to purchase shampoo and toner to help even out the color of my hair. Days later I found my receipt, and saw that I was charged $55 for a HAIRCUT. Mind you my hair looked exactly the same-just "blonder". I called about the service I received, and I'm waiting to hear back from a manager. Just walking into the salon, I wouldn't have recommended them.

Provided by YP.comI went to DL Lowry on a recommendation from a friend and I wish she would have told me years ago. I have tried other local salons (Salon 01, Studio 2000, Bobby Copper) but they cannot even compare to DL Lowry. I went to Lucy and she gave me the best bob cut I have every had. I would highly recommend. They also have cute clothes and jewelry.

Overpriced & staff are disorganized, but my stylist is good.
This place is worth every penny I have ever spent here.
