Highly reputable, quality workmanship and great customer service. Four years ago, I purchased a refurbished HP laptop, took it home and downloaded an anti virus software before I realized one was already installed - not good; however, CR fixed it and no problem since then. Last year, I purchased a new HP G62 from them and a few days ago, the touchpad mouse stopped working and I couldn't control the cursor. I thought the touchpad would have to be replaced or disconnected so a mouse installed. I took it to CR and they immediately located the problem, a button the size of a pin head is located at the top of the touch pad and I'd turned it on. They explained the situation, cleaned by screen and sent me on my way. These are good guys.
