All the people that work there are very caring and treat your pet like it's their own. This is a wonderful place in every area.
The staff was nice, but the overall cleanliness of the building was poor. We took our dog in to get fixed (a simple procedure one might think). We thought everything went well, but several days later we had to take her to the emergency animal hospital in Castleton where they said that she had a very bad infection. They seemed surprised that precautionary measures by AMC were not taken, such as giving antibiotics...We were told to have her rechecked at AMC 3 days later. When we did this the vet did not seem surprised at all that she had an infection. Now it is 2 weeks later and she has a bulge protruding from her scar...I don't plan on having her checked at AMC.
