Great customer service!! Very helpful, no stress! I will definitely go back to Alamo without a doubt. Thank you for providing assistance in anything needed. I needed to be in Fort Wayne, IN by 5pm and the only flight available last minute was going to Indianapolis, because Alamo provided excellent service, I was able to pick up my rental quick and within 5 minutes I was on my way out to my destination. I greatly appreciate it :)!

I've used rental car companies at many different airports around the country lots of times over the past 25 years and the Alamo folks in IND are the best around! Very gracious and helpful in different ways. Love being able to walk out to the garage and pick the vehicle (within the correct category) of your choice!
