      In operation since 1993, Communities at Indian Haven is a nonprofit organization governed by the Indiana County commissioners. It offers a range of physician and nursing services, including 24-hour care by registered and licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Communities at Indian Haven also offers therapeutic dietary management and physical, occupational and speech therapies. It accepts insurance programs by Medicare and Medicaid.
