Horrible customer service. They installed a remote starter for me in 2009 and refused to look at it when it started acting up. Once it stopped working, they refused to fix it, even though the manufacturer said it's still under warrenty, and they should service it. They don't want bothered with customers. So save them from being inconvienced, save yourself some headaches, and take your business elsewhere.

This place is absolutely horrible.. They have the worst quality in automatic starters! I had soo many problems with mine and nothing has been resolved. They are unprofessional. My wiring was just all black taped and some bare wires when they first installed it. They made my alternator go out of my car. When I called to ask them to fix the problems with the starter they were very rude. I would never give them my business again. After this I know alot of ppl that wouldnt and told me not to. Should have listened!
