I purchased 5 tickets on 6/25/2011 to see "Rock of Ages" and have not received my tickets. The show is on November 5th and today is October 31st. I do not believe the tickets will be sent due to the fact that the phone number for them is no longer in service. Do not purchase tickets from this company!!!

Great Company, always ansers the phone. Bought Taylor Swift tickets both times she came to town!!! Love those guys!!

Same story as the one below-bought our Blue Man Group tickets in Oct 2010 for Austin Feb 26, just found out we are out of luck, including having a non-refundable hotel room. They say we can get a refund (thanks a lot) if we submit a written request. How can they get away with this? They are passing the blame to the venue. Be VERY CAREFUL if you decide to use these characters. UPDATE: the company did follow through with their promise to try to find us something and we are now going, the four of us will not be seated together, but they did get us seats in the orchestra pit. They did mess up but they did attempt to work it out for us. Not overly thrilled with them, but somewhat appeased. I wish them well, hope this doesn't happen to other customers or to this company again. (If they are the victim as they seemed to want us to believe.) Maybe it was just this concert or this venue? Hopefully they will be more careful how they do business in the future, as will we.

I live in North Carolina and I bought tickets from them to Rascal Flatts earlier last month! they were day of show and they were amazing seats at a great price! I spoke to a guy names Justin and he completely took care of me! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. and after my experience I bought two more sets of tickets...some VIP and RESERVED again at GREAT prices.
