Hemby Bridge Elementary is a public, coeducational school that serves more than 1,000 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as math, language arts, science, reading and social studies. The school also provides instruction in music, art, physical education and Spanish. It offers classroom guidance and academic and individual counseling to students. The school s parent-teacher organization conducts several fundraising events, such as Campbell's Labels for Education, Box Tops for Education and Milk Caps Challenge. Its media center stocks fiction, nonfiction, picture, poetry and academic books, as well as provides an online list of accelerated reader quizzes.
