I take my cars here for all maintenance. Jerry Roach the owner is an honest man and I don't have to worry about being over chargered.. Or lead to believe my car needs more work than it really needs. Jerry lays out what is wrong and how to fix it to were he is not talking over my head because I'm not a car person. I love there new location off 74 easy access. Thank you Jerry for always being there to help with my cars and being such an outstanding Guy.

I went to East Carolina Automotive to get my vehicle inspected and they were very helpful. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They were straight-forward and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. It was a relief to get good customer service from an auto care shop.

Took my van in for a small problem. They had it for 2 days and couldnt fix. They told me it was "all set" and when I came to pick it up thats when they sprung the bad news on me that they couldnt find the problem. They charged me $60 to replace a fuel filter which I thought was bit much although it was rusted. Nice people but they are not on the ball and I really needed my van that day.

I have taken to a car and an suv to East Carolina Auto for state inspections and the Suv to have the shocks and a noise coming from the powersteering checked. Each time I have recieved great service and Jerry and Rita have treated me with a great deal of respect. I was informed up front of the approx price for the service I recieved and it was within a few dollars.I really appreciated Rita letting me watch a movie on her TV while I was waiting. I was looking for a mechanic to take care of our vehicles and I am sure I found them at EAST CAROLIN AUTOMOTIVE. Thanks Jerry and Rita for making my car repair experience a positive one instead of a Nightmare on Elm Street that I have had at other shops.

They did a "Quick Inspection" of my car for some people thinking of buying it, They told the people that the engine was bad because it made noise and had several oil leaks. I took the car to two other shops in the area and got a inspection that said there were no oil leaks and the "Noise" he heard were just normal engine sounds. Both places said the engine was good for at least another 100,000 miles. Needless to say my buyers were put off by the East Carolina Quick Inspection. I don't think they know much about cars.

We just moved to the area and really found East Carolina Automotive online one morning when our car started overheating. It happened to be a Saturday. I was so happy to finally find someone that was open on the weekend. They were very nice and thank goodness it was only a hose but they fixed it quickly and affordable then we were on our way. We now take all our automobiles to East Carolina Automotive for everything.

They were so nice, and very thorough in repairing my vehicle. Nothing was done until they fully explained what was wrong & needed to be fixed, then I okayed the job. I am very satisfied with the service I received at East Carolina Automotive
