I have been with Dan Barnett for over 20 years. They have always been responsive to my car and home insurance needs. They are just a phone call away and almost always have an answer immediately. Need a replacement insurance card? No problem. They'll email it or you can drive over and pick it up. With homeowner insurers bailing out of Florida I feel going with State Farm for Homeowner insurance is as safe as I am going to get.

Been with them for years for Homeowners. Horrible no customer service this year. Horrible. Changed Agency. The lack of follow up by Justin was incredible, cost us alot of stress and another 125.00 for a 4 point Inspection. Beware, choose elsewhere.

Awful experience getting Dan Barnett's office to review a claim. They never call me back so I have to initiate every step of the process. Took months for their office to even get their claims department to call them back! They overlooked the most obvious components of the claim even though I sent pictures and sent me a blank form letter with no explanation. No follow up and they just don't care about their customers. They collect enough premiums to laugh all the way to the bank. Dan Barnett will not respond to emails or phone calls so I ended my 35 year relationship.
