Adam is a 1999 University of Central Florida Management Information Systems graduate with hands-on computer and network experience including setting up a Network Operations Center and its Inter-Tel PBX phone system, configuring High Definition equipment for dish satellites, maintaining Crystal Report Servers, and designing and maintaining an Access database for a satellite communications field installation team.
