If I can give 0 stars I would Myers drivers are very rude and unprofessional the worst towing I ever had to deal with . They drive really crazy and careless I wouldn't recommend anyone to their service. Two thumbs down.

My daughters vehicle was towed on Weds. She was told a specific amount to get vehicle by 5pm Thursday afternoon. She was there at 3pm. They took it upon themselves to begin processing the vehicle at Noon. So she had to pay extra. This is absolutely not okay and not good business practice. This company owes my daughter 100.00.

I want there to be a law that protects people from having their belongings stolen from their car when anybody tows a vehicle. Especially when it was towed wrongfully. As if it isn't bad enough to be towed, then they hold your car hostage, and want a ridiculous amount of money, (over 500.00 and that was the very next day not 3 miles away) then put you through hell, only to find after you pay them hundreds of dollars to get your car back that they broke into it, helped and themselves to your stuff. Plus damaged your car.. I had to pay them for this . Now I have to take my landlord to court for illegal tow money reimbursment, and what do I do about my stolen stuff? Well the tow company is protected from persecution, who protects me from thieving towing company's who steal ?

These guys.If you are in an area where you need roadside assistance, and Myers is near, there shouldn't be any question who to call or whether you can trust them.Dominic, who came to my rescue, is exactly who I'd want facing the public if this was my business. What a wonderful experience I had in doing business with Myers Towing and Recovery! John was prompt, courteous, polite and extremely helpful. When you add all this to his VERY reasonable rates - much less than his competitors - and the genuinely honest manner in which he conducts himself, you have a winner!! I give Myers Towing my highest, and only, recommendation.
