      I am very disappointed in the customer service at G & R.. You guys sold us the wrong year non compatible engine for our 2005 4Runner.. I can't believe that your not willing to step up and help out with labor and/or express shipping on engine coming all the way from New Mexico..Unfortunately business practices like this has been the the downfall of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE LEFT IN AMERICA!! It will take 18 hours labor to swap out engine and 4runner is down for an additional 10days waiting for engine and install time...Thankfully I can share my crappy experience on a forum such as FB and Many other places!!

      I drove 33 miles after i called for a certain part to find out that they do not have it in their yard...i was upset but what can yo do??? I will not be giving them a call anymore on any part. I will drive to Portland first....thanks guys!
