Not good as far as overall service and even just observing the tables around us was not good. Tables were not cleared. At all. All around us. Old trash and food on several surrounding tables. While we’re waiting to eat, tables all around us are sitting with filthy old food. Yuck. She didn’t even clear our appetizer remnants while we waited for our meal. The Tower of onion rings were brought out with no napkins, silverware or plates. We immediately asked for plates so we wouldn’t drip sauce all across the table, they brought us one. We asked for napkins they finally brought when we were done with the onion rings. We ordered the bacon cookie crumble shake which would obviously not suck through a thin straw, so we ask for a spoon. Finally after waiting a considerable amount of time, they brought a spoon and silverware. We ordered a whiskey burger but they failed to put the onion straws on it. Our food, and especially the fries, were cold. All of these issues combined make for inexcusable service. Would not come back to this location. We always tip 20%, but today we absolutely could not.

Had the monthly membership meeting tonight, then we went to Red Robin for supper. It was awful! The waitress talked so fast we weren't sure what the heck she said! Then, my burger had a "gourmet" sauce that burned and hurt my mouth and throat on the first bite...not jalapeno, but worse! I choked it down and managed to eat nearly all before giving up on the huge, greasy burger. The onion rings were good, if greasy. There was a "bonus" deep fried jalapeno slice in the bottom of my basket. Yuck! Exactly what I try to avoid! At least there was Dr Pepper to wash the greasy burger down. Tummy wasn't happy for a couple of hours. Their prices are a bit steep; $35 for 2 burgers, a milk shake and a soda. Well, I know not to do That again!

They could improve by at least noting on the menu the items that are spicy hot, for the sake of people who have to avoid that. If my friend had taken one bite from my selection, she would have needed to be hospitalized!

Really goooood big burgers!

I know your restaurant specializes in hamburgers, and I will say up front that I have NO complaint about your food. Everything I have ever ordered there has been top of the line and the wiat staff has alway been courtious. My firend and I have beren comitng to this Red Robin location for the last three years after we attend a mantinee movie on a Saturday or Sunday. We always get a couple of Bloody Mary's. At first they were great, but the last 6 months the Bloody Mary seems to consist of a slalt rimed glass with tomato juice and a little horseradish in it and that it is. No garnishes, like you used to get in them i.e. celery, an olive, a wedge of lime and sometimes a lemon slice. They also had Worchester sauce and tobasco sauce and salt and pepper. Now just horseradish. I do not consider this a Bloody Mary. Hence, we will forego the burgers also and I realize a couple of burgers every week is not much to worry about, but I did want to point this out as there may be other peolle who like to have a real Bloody Mary before and durng lunch or dinner.

Perfect onion rings. Bottomless fries. Great hamburgers. A great place to take your family. Very kid friendly.

Red Robin is a great place to eat. The people are nice and fun. And the food is always great!
