Precious Puppy

I took my dog there for years at first it wasn't so bad but after a while my dog would shake really bad and be very scared to go in there. I've seen dogs do this before so I thought it was the normal shaking because they knew they were about to get wet and get a hair cut. My dog came home with some pretty bad cuts one time and when we contacted the lady who owns this facility and cut my dogs hair she wouldn't really talk to us about it and just said that it happens and it's no big deal. We quit taking her there and come to find out they were not being to nice to the dogs in their care. I work in a PetsMart grooming salon now and I know that it's not normal to cut the dogs skin like that and the kind and shape of the cuts were do to neglect not an accident.
