Dr. Novack's office is a terrific place to get an eye exam, glasses, and contact lenses. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Novack is courteous, experienced, and professional. He gave me a thorough exam, and asked if I had any questions. He did not try to pressure me into getting anything I didn't need. I'm bringing my husband there next week.

The stars and thumbs up are definitely for the staff. Dr. Novack was cordial but not overly friendly, but when he is only the one looking at my eyes, not the one who is helping me with glasses and contacts, I can deal with it for 10 minutes. Plus, he gets right to work so I was in and out looking for new glasses in no time!

He is quick and to the point. He is not one for social graces, but he has always been able to get me and my husband in and out in a timely manner. The office staff is great and have good deals. I would not recommend for the conversation, but do for quick and to the point eye care.
