my 2 step children have had a VERY rough childhood, and I have been taking them to see Dr. Francis, and I can not say a bad thing about him, he talks to the kids not through them, he asks them how they really feel about things , and thier mental health. He laughs at them and with them. The love going to see him, my son even likes to make him gifts on the way there. I believe this man really has a gift,. I would have given a 5 star however some of his office staff have serious attitude problems, However because of the Doc. we will remain there

I love this group. It is relaxed and normal! The doctors and therapists really care and don't just fill you up and collect your money. They are there because they care and they like their job. Not because they have to be here. I would recommend this to everyone. Some people are not fit for certain doctors or therapists. You have to try until you have the right one, I am so happy and would recommend this practice to everyone.,

I have been pleased with Dr. Francis for my son. However, he also had us seeing a therapist in his office, Emily Towner. She has cancelled numerous appointments. Office staff lied about calling and leaving a message on a disconnected line and when confronted about it said he said "oh". Not overly please with others in that office.
