I found the same thing as the other reviewer, after I bought my 2004 Odyssey I had to call over and over again to make them give me what they promised, in the end they never did get several things fixed. They claimed to have it certified but then there were 3 different kinds of tires on it when we went to pick it up!!"Child" area is gross, dirty and looks like they never clean it at all.They neglected to even call me when my part was in, then sent it back so I had to wait double the amount of time to get a seat belt repaired.Told me I would have "lifetime" car washes then canceled contract with car wash next door, now they will spray it down with a hose if you come into their service department and it takes FOREVER, and it's just a spray down, nothing compared to what they promised.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple of miles to Lee's Summit Honda.

Do not do buisiness with these crooks, they do not care about their customers at all, they are rude and they will not fix their mistakes. Once they sell you a car they don't care about you. Stay away from them!!!!
