We were surprised at how involved the staff were with my uncle. He was tended to by everyone and within a week they had planned a meeting and the care team talked to him (and us) about his care and goals. When he completed rehab. last year and wasn't able to go back home he chose to stay there. He's still there. The doctors that work there have even placed their own family members there and that meant a lot to us.
