The customer service here is horrible. It seems like there are 5 girls just out of high school working together. They refuse to do more than the minimum and if anyone asks more of them, they will come to each others rescue. They claim they cannot do many different things, even though they can. The staff is truly just lazy and rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This business has poor customer service. They are rude, make promises that they are unable or unwilling to keep, don't return phone calls and lie when they have failed to do what they promise. I, without any reservation, would not recommend them to anyone.

we had appointments at 2:15 and 3:30 and were checked in by 2 and a man comes in at 3, we still hadnt been seen and they took him first, they said it was a mistake the doctor couldnt tell which patient was first, so does the doctor even need to be doing eye exams if he clearly cant read and comprehend a simple schedual book???? i would never recommend this place to anyone, the staff was very rude after the mistake was made as if it was our fault!

I have been with Eye Care since it opened in 2001. A couple of times I have tried other choices, yet I keep returning to Eye Care.

Eyes are something you defitnitely want to take seriously and they do. I wear contacts and sometimes glasses.

Their selection and price range is wonderful.

Look no further. This is the place for all your eye care needs.
