Emmert Welding and Manufacturing has been serving the Midwest since 1957. What sets us apart is our application knowledge of metals, of processes, of coatings and of overlays. We regularly provide consultation services to supply houses and to equipment manufacturers. Rolland E. "Buck Emmert, the company founder started in this area in the late 1940s. When he began Emmert Welding by the late 1950s and continuing into the 1960s, the company was on the forefront in this developing arena. Since that time, the company's expertise has continued to expand. Currently we process the gamut of materials: tool steels, mold aluminum alloy 7075, beryllium copper and Ampco alloys. Today, we offer turn-key and quick response services for routine and specialized projects. Flexibility and imagination - the ability to make quick changes - are among Emmert's strongest attributes. OEM unit and capital equipment repair work are routinely performed. More than 40 years of experience can be brought to your need. We approach each project from the viewpoint of what the customer wants in a finished product.
