Looking at the reviews last and very 1st in 2008 so you tell me why in the world would anyone want to take their family to big bob outlet store in independence mo.number 1-to purchase,number 2-then have it delivered damaged 3-to be told"We can't help you,but we can sell you another of the same if you want purchase again"Now tell me who in their right mind is gonna do something like that they would beyond crazy,no doubt.Bad public Relations and if I were them I would as a faithfully company try to make it right for my customers and be a business of word and not take advantage of our citizens.

I can't believe you would honestly as a company take advantage of an elderly woman of 75yrs old.never stated to customer as is,and as further more never stated on paperwork as is.so tell me how you could run a business taking advantage of an individual who spent 900.00 as an faithful citizen of independence mo.when mattress was received it had an 3 square tear which didn't appear when purchased.so,tell me such a company take upon the elderly and tell the individual,you'll need to purchase another mattress.we can't help you on the mattress you purchased,you call this excellent public relations,definitely not.further action Will result in this matter.
