they have taken nearly all the chairs out except the ones in the cafe and tables by the window--hard for a person to shop for books if they have a problem and can't sit every once in a while in the area they are in---the other stores have plenty of seating for people--i think they will lose sales of the elderly and handicapped --they have made it hard to enjoy shopping for books and myself and my friends will go elsewhere now.
