The Diet Doc is a virtual or face-to-face weight loss clinic that focuses on providing nutrition consulting and health coaching through individual attention by applying real science based on the clients body type and past medical history. The process is nothing fancy or magic other than developing proper and sustainable health habits and behaviors based on the clients goals. Because every individual is unique different lifestyle, career, genetics, metabolism, and coping mechanisms one-on-one nutrition plans are created in accordance to his/her personal goals. In addition, support and real mentorship is provided throughout the process because questions will come up and the body will change.
