Our community is located 4 miles from Interstate- 275, about 20 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, the Airport, or the beautiful rolling hills of Kentucky farmland. The neighborhood is easily identified by the white corn silo sitting next to our access road, KY-3035. The authentic old barn on the property was turned into a Clubhouse and is available to residents to rent.
