Glenwood Estate, Inc. is a three generation family-operated corporation providing residential, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. Glenwood Estate Inc was established in 1967 by Carrie Pedigo, and was the first long term care facility in South East Kansas. The business was handed down to her daughter Mary Ann Pollock who now co-owns the homes with her daughter Staci Clubine. Glenwood Estate Inc is made up of Bradford Place Residential Living Community, and two adult care homes, Regal Estate and Heatherwood Estate. Each home provides a unique service to residents of the Independence and area communities. The goal of Glenwood Estate Inc is to promote independence and improve the quality of life for each resident in our three communities.
