Great homemade fresh food. Great craft beer on draft. Beef au jus delicious and fresh cut fries with slaw

I've been coming here for years but the servers attitudes have been becoming very unpleasant as if your bothering them. Also the food is great one time then very poor the next.

great food and not over priced. recently remodeled too.

I give this bar an F (=fail) for bad customer service.



Here is the incident that happened to me while I was dining there.



Suddently a lady from across the bar asked me loudly that everyone in the bar could hear : “Do you have a job?” I did not answer her, so she kept asking me the same question over and over .



(At that time I thought, that lady was just a drunken customer), so I said :"Why do I have to answer your question?"



She got upset, then she even came close by my right side, yanked the fork out of my hand, and held the fork up to my face :“... because I owned this fork,...” she used the fork point to the food I was eating and said:" ... because I own this food. Do you have a job?”



(From there, I found out that she is the owner of the bar, but ...) to me she had no right to ask me about my job. To “play game” with her, I calmly replied: “no, I don’t have a job.” Then she picked up the dirty napkins and dumped them into the food that was supposed to be mine. I said to her: “You do this to me, I am not going to pay.” She said:" Get out - get out" I said: "Okay, okay, I am leaving. I have to put on my jacket:"





I walked to the door, did not even look back. As I approached the door, I could still feel she was behind me, she yelled loudly: “Get out - Come back here when you have a job.”



Hell, no! I won’t ever never set foot in this bar again.



(Anyone who happened to be in this bar on Saturday, Nov 23 around 9 PM would know the incident above was true)
