While visiting over two weeks ago from Kentucky my husband called visiting Angels Imlay City about hopefully getting help for my elder mother in law with her husband. We were told that Visiting Angels would call my mother in law that following week to set up a day that they could come out and access the needs. Both of my in laws are in their nineties. Well the following week came and no call from them. On Friday my mother in law called them and was told by a man that he was too busy and he would call her back. It is now the following week and no one from VA has not bother to call back. REALLY!
