We bought our pool from the novi pool and expo 2017. We agreed on a price and line by line were told what we were getting. Our sales girl showed us wedding cake stairs that we were getting and what we received we cheap plastic stairs. We would recommend if you purchase anything from this store that you get models numbers on your receipt and look them up before you sign! Very disappointed and feel disceived.

Under new management as of 2013 and thank goodness! The new staff are great and very helpful. We shopped at many pool stores and are so glad we made Imlay city Viscount our choice for our new pool which we LOVE! The staff was very helpful, not pushy at all and the installer and his crew did a great job in our very small yard! I am very picky on work and even my engineer husband was pleased. Thanks!

A local favorite. For dealing with the volume of customers they deal with they are well trained and polite individuals. My pool came in quicker than expected, was great quality and the install was fast, neat and excellent! I needed further help with water chemistry and they were able to assist in that as well. Will be referring them out to many friends!
