      Whiter-Hendrix Funeral home has been serving the area for over 119 years and is owned operated by Len and Scott Hendrix. They are both licensed funeral directors and represent the fourth and fifth generation of the family to own and operate the firm. Started in 1893 by H.A. Whiter, Lens great-great grandfather, it has been handed down from generation to generation ever since, each one building on the tradition of personal, professional and compassionate service. Our chapel area offers a homey atmosphere, while still being able to accommodate about 200 people. We also offer a children's room with coloring books and videos. We are fully handicapped accessible.
