Max Mora and Quality Heating are the best. I have no idea who would go beyond like they did. My mother is very old and her heater wasn't working. I called all around town and nobody could get to her till the following week. I called Quality Heating on a holiday and after hours. I spoke to the owner and let him know my mother's situation and her health condition. He was very understanding and before I knew it he had one of his tech guys come out. I live about 5 hours away so I am very thankful and very HAPPY customer.

When I called Quality Heating for a price to change my furnace, they were the only ones that came right out to take care of us. They were very promped and reasonable, their help was very knowledgeable and clean, they didn't just changed my furnace but changed my water heaters and serviced my 3 fireplaces as well. I am very pleased with the work they did and I recommend Quality Heating to any one... Call them, you'll be glad you did.

Chris I don't know your situation, however because it is a rental home by law you should have had a Contractors Licence, a Journyman's Licence, Liability Insurance and a Permit in order for you to have performed that installation, by Law you are entitled to a fine by the building department and the gas company should shut your services off.

I hired him to get a furnace up to code. This required a permit and an inspection. I was aware of this and I made it very clear to the owner of Quality Heating that he needed to make some modifications to the furnace to get it up to code and he also needed a permit and an inspection. He did the work, turned on the gas, and walked away without getting a permit or having an inspection. My renters were without heat because when the gas company found out what Quality Heating had done, they shut the gas line off. Quality Heating took no responsibility and in fact charged me more money because of there mistake.
