I have been to this office 3 times now over the past year and am very pleased. I have seen other pain specialist in the area and now I will no longer go anywhere else. They are a busy office, which I think must speak volumes for their quality of work. I feel that Dr. Poston really listened to what I had to say and understood my needs. I found him to be very approachable. He is thorough and made me feel at ease with the procedures etc. He does not push meds like others have done which I truly appreciate. He has helped me a great deal! I highly recommend this Dr. Poston.

Horrible experience at this place, receptionist was so rude. The waiting time is ridiculous and they don't even give updates to the patient in the waiting room to let them know how much longer until they see the doctor. Doctors were helpful, but nurses and receptionist really need to be more helpful to patients. I do not recommend this place to anybody. I am a medical assistance and we refer a lot of patients from our office to pain management clinics, this will not be the a choice anymore for sure.

Dr. Poston and his staff have been very helpful and have helped me. They are a very busy clinic, but they seem to accommodate me very well. If you are just seeking drugs only, this probably is not the place for you. This is a very conservative clinic which has made me feel as ease.

Dr. Poston and staff made me feel so comfortable. He stopped my anxiety completely about seeing a new doctor. He is so wonderful. He treated me like he has known me forever and is so kind. I really appreciate him and his staff. The staff has been really kind to me as well. So glad I found this clinic.

Excellent physician and staff. The staff bends over backwards for patients. If you are wanting only drugs, this is not the place for you. If you really want to get better then this is the place to be! I don't understand previous bad review. Likely drug seeker is my only guess.

I found Dr. Poston to be polite, and at least act like he cared about my treatment when I was in his office.. His office staff on the other hand is rude and absolutely worthless. Expect billing mistakes, insurance problems, cancelled appointments, and much worse. They are some of the rudest most inconsiderate doctor's office employees I have ever met. Don't think you can call and ask the Doctor a question either. I've been to plenty of doctor's offices where you could leave a message or a question for the doctor and he (or she) would call you back. This office is the worst when it comes to calling patients back. When you do get a call back, it's from a nurse who seems to know nonthing about you and doesn't care. Worst Doctor's office ever!
