We have been very happy with our service from Eagle Rock Sanitation. We started with them almost three years ago (winter 2008) when one of their competitor's drivers bad attitude became too much to put up with. This week, we performed some major house cleaning and hosted a dinner party for a visiting dance team from Thailand. The cleaning completely filled our trash containers, leaving no space for the trash generated by housing the dance team and hosting the dinner. Within a few hours of calling, they diverted a nearby truck for a special pick-up, and will simply add a small $6 fee to our next bill. That was excellent customer service, and just what we needed!
