Not a reliable company. The weather was bad a couple days last week so they skipped the whole week. I called to be reimbursed for missed service and they were extremely rude to me and let me know that they would have taken extra bags this week so that makes up for having missed last week, and therefore I will not be reimbursed even though my garbage was not taken last week. Very poor customer service and poor attitude on the phone. I am now going to switch to another company.
