Each of my 3 transactions have been very disappointing. The product has been wrong 3 of the 4 times as well. The customer service is awful!!I picked up a carpet kit from them. It was supposed to be lightly used but like new, with the chance of it maybe being a little too big, though they would cut it for me. The other worker displayed great annoyance having to find my pieces, tossing them across the dirt. On the back of each section was written the truck type that piece went to. I received pieces that belonged to 3 different body styles. Needless to say, they did not fit. Pieces were stained, others missing. I faced more attitude when I went back to try and obtain these missing other pieces, which they couldn't find all of. They wanted to charge me, after the purchase, to cut any pieces down, but since the pieces were too small and for a shorter bed, this wasn't even an option.Then there's the camper shell locks:They charged me for the locks alone what I can buy online for the entire lock bundle- handles and hardware included. I asked if they had the other pieces available for sale but he would've had to look around to find some used parts, without hardware of course. I decided to return the locks and , though I have a receipt for a refund, the merchant has not processed the refund. He seemed like doing a refund was difficult for him. It's looking as though there isn't a refund processing at all. He had no problem taking my money right away but it seems I'll be waiting weeks and weeks with disputes, phone calls, various hassle just to get my money back.Did I mention the awful customer service?!Don't go to these guys.
