This company is horrible. We used them for an out of state move. They were late getting there. The guy in charge was not very nice. I tried to asked questions and basically got no answers. Most of them barely spoke English. My husband and I were supposed to be out of the apartment by noon (rules of the apartment complex) and we ended up not leaving til after 1:00 p.m. due to the fact they were late. They WERE NOT careful with our stuff at all. They tore our leather sectional. They taped the pillows that go to the couch and when the tape was removed there is sticky residue all over them. Then one of the movers decided to take and scratch the entertainment center by throwing the stereo on top. They scratched the end tables that go into the living room. They ruined the entire front of my son's cherrywood crib. There are scratches and white paint inside and on the front of the crib. They broke a smoke detector in the apartment. They broke the hamper that goes in the master bedroom. It was HORRIBLE need I say more......then to top things off my husband headed down to Maryland while I stayed behind to take care of all the move out paperwork at the apartment office. the movers left an hour before I did. When I got to our new home the movers had only been there 10 minutes now I ask where the heck were they all that time? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! When I contacted Marc (the Manager) about all the problems he basically gave me the whole spiel of fill out a complaint form. He basically blew me off. It is ridiculous!!

What a rip-off. It took three men 11 hours to move a two bedroom condo five miles away. We were charged $1200 and their supervisor told us that is normal.Stay away from this company.

I just wanted to thank you, Gary, and the gentlemen who helped us move on Saturday for your excellent service. I was not able to be there on Saturday, unfortunately, but it is my understanding that the men were efficient and courteous throughout the move. Marc, of all the moving companies that I called, you were the individual who was the most patient with my questions and provided me with thorough information about your service; you are the reason that I selected Unified Moving Services, and I felt confident in my choice both before and after our move. I am very impressed by your company and will certainly recommend your service to any friends and clients planning to move in the future.
