I am not one to complain about anyone, but I am upset enough about the experience that I am going to. I could tell Beth wanted nothing to do with cutting my hair as soon as I walked in the store. I am obese and am guessing that is why she was so rude. She had a look of disgust on her face the whole time I was in there; she was rude from the second I walked in until I left. I feel humiliated by the experience and won't be back. She did a poor haircut as well. Not happy. If I could rate it a 0 I would.
